Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ascent Epoxy website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site. Ascent Epoxy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
Ascent Epoxy operates a brand and marketing platform that connects customers with independent local epoxy flooring installation professionals ("Installers"). Ascent Epoxy provides branding, website services, lead generation, and quality standards. The actual installation work, labor, and materials are provided by independent local installation businesses operating under the Ascent Epoxy brand ("Installers").
Ascent Epoxy does not manufacture epoxy products, nor does it directly perform flooring installations. All installation services are performed by independent local businesses that are not employees or agents of Ascent Epoxy.
3. Service Estimates and Pricing
Pricing information displayed on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Actual project costs depend on factors including square footage, concrete condition, finish selection, and local market conditions. A formal written estimate will be provided after an on-site consultation.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Ascent Epoxy reserves the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the initial consultation or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Ascent Epoxy or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.
5. User-Submitted Information
By submitting information through any form on this Site (including quote requests, contact forms, and phone inquiries), you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You grant Ascent Epoxy permission to use the submitted information to contact you regarding your inquiry and to provide the requested services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ascent Epoxy provides this Site and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascent Epoxy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Ascent Epoxy, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or any services obtained through this Site.
Because installation services are performed by independent local Installers, Ascent Epoxy's liability is limited to facilitating communication between you and the appropriate Installer. Disputes regarding installation quality, workmanship, or materials should be directed to the local Installer in the first instance.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
The Ascent Epoxy quality guarantee is a commitment to professional workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your installation, contact Ascent Epoxy within 30 days of project completion and we will work with your local Installer to address the issue through re-application, repair, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.
Specific long-term warranty terms for the installed flooring system — including coverage duration, exclusions, and maintenance requirements — are determined by and provided by the local Installer performing the work. These warranty details will be included in your written estimate and installation agreement, which is a separate contract between you and the Installer.
8. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including local Installer websites, review platforms, and social media pages. Ascent Epoxy does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascent Epoxy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) disputes between you and a local Installer regarding installation quality, workmanship, or materials; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state in which the applicable Ascent Epoxy service location operates.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Related Policies
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information, and our Communication Policy, which describes how and when we contact you after an inquiry.
