Premium Flooring for Every Room in Your Home

Residential epoxy flooring is a multi-layer professional coating system applied over concrete surfaces in kitchens, basements, laundry rooms, sunrooms, entryways, and living areas — creating a continuous, stain-proof surface that lasts 20–30 years with virtually zero maintenance.

Unlike tile, hardwood, or vinyl, residential epoxy creates a single continuous surface with zero grout lines, zero seams, and zero places for moisture, bacteria, or allergens to hide. The result is a floor that's not only beautiful — with metallic, flake, or solid color finishes in dozens of color options — but genuinely healthier for your home. Kids, pets, bare feet, spilled wine, cooking grease — nothing penetrates the sealed surface, and cleanup is just a damp mop.

Professional residential epoxy costs $4–$12 per square foot installed, depending on the finish type and concrete condition. A typical 500 sq ft basement runs $2,000–$6,000, while a kitchen or laundry room is usually $1,200–$3,000. Most rooms complete in 1–2 days with light foot traffic possible within 24 hours. We handle everything from concrete inspection and moisture testing to final cleanup — your only job is clearing the room before the crew arrives.

The same professional coating technology we use in homes also protects garages, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities. Already have epoxy that's peeling or yellowing? Our repair & maintenance service can restore it at a fraction of replacement cost. Get an exact quote for your space →

Why Homeowners Choose Epoxy

What you experience after installation — not what the coating does.

Zero

Grout Lines or Seams

One continuous surface from wall to wall. No grout to scrub, no seams to trap dirt, no wax to reapply. Spills wipe up in seconds.

20+

Years of Daily Use

Interior residential epoxy lasts 20–30 years under normal household traffic — far outlasting carpet, vinyl, and most hardwood installations.

100%

Stain & Moisture Proof

Wine, coffee, pet accidents, basement moisture — nothing penetrates the sealed surface. Critical for below-grade basements where moisture vapor is a constant challenge.

Safe

For Kids, Pets & Food Prep

Non-toxic once cured, naturally antimicrobial (no grout = no bacteria), and available with slip-resistant finishes for wet areas.

3

Finish Styles to Choose

Metallic swirl for a luxury look, decorative flake for texture and slip resistance, or solid color for clean minimalism. All in dozens of color options.

Added

Home Value

A finished basement with epoxy flooring adds usable square footage to your home. Buyers see a move-in ready entertainment space, not an unfinished concrete box.

Basement
Metallic
"Our basement went from a storage dump to the most-used room in the house. The metallic finish catches the light beautifully and guests always ask what kind of flooring it is."

Kitchen
2 Years Later
"We replaced cracked tile in our kitchen with a warm gray solid epoxy. Two years in, zero stains from cooking. We mop once a week and it still looks like the day it was installed."

Laundry + Mudroom
Flake
"Epoxy in the laundry room and mudroom was the smartest decision we made. Dog paws, muddy boots, washing machine overflow — nothing fazes this floor. Wish we'd done it sooner."

Residential Epoxy FAQ

Residential epoxy works on any concrete surface including basements, kitchens, laundry rooms, sunrooms, entryways, and living areas built on slab foundations. It is not suitable for wood subfloors. If your room has concrete underneath existing flooring (tile, vinyl, carpet), we can remove it and coat the concrete directly. See how the process works →
Residential epoxy flooring typically costs $4–$12 per square foot installed, depending on finish type. A 500 sq ft basement runs $2,000–$6,000. Metallic finishes ($8–$12/sq ft) cost more than solid color ($4–$6) or decorative flake ($5–$8). All prices include diamond grinding, crack repair, multi-coat system, and UV-resistant topcoat. See our full pricing guide →
Professional residential epoxy is completely safe once cured. It is non-toxic, VOC-free after the 24-hour curing period, FDA-compliant for food contact areas, and naturally antimicrobial because the continuous surface has no grout lines or seams where bacteria can grow. During installation, we use low-odor formulations and ensure proper ventilation.
Professionally installed residential epoxy lasts 20–30 years in typical home use. Interior environments without hot tire cycling or heavy machinery see significantly less wear than garage or industrial applications. When the topcoat eventually shows wear, it can be re-coated in a single day at roughly 30% of the original cost. See how our floors hold up over time →
Epoxy can be applied over existing concrete that is structurally sound. It cannot be applied over tile, wood, vinyl, or carpet — those must be removed to expose the concrete substrate. Existing epoxy or paint must also be fully removed through diamond grinding before a new system can be applied. We assess your existing floor during the free consultation.
Decorative flake and textured finishes provide natural slip resistance comparable to standard tile flooring. For wet areas like laundry rooms and entryways, we add anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat for additional traction without affecting the appearance. Solid color and metallic finishes are smooth and glossy — similar to polished tile — and can also receive anti-slip treatment on request.
